How to cancel an order?

We facilitate order cancellation before shipping. But if the order is already in completed status, we cannot entertain order cancellation request. So, please make sure to cancel your order before the status changed.

Partial Cancellation

We are sorry to announce that we do not accept partial cancellation so you either have to receive the full order or cancel the full order before shipping. Once it is successfully cancelled, you can place the new order.

Can I receive some products and return some of the products when the order is delivered at my place?

No! We don’t accept this method of deal-cancellation. We cannot refund for the products that have been delivered to your address.

How to Return the Damaged Products?
